Quartet, Fisherman's Wharf
The San Francisco Bay Area has been a huge influence on the music scene; Sly and the Family Stone, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Grateful Dead, The Doobie Brothers, Metallica, Santana, Green Day, Primus, Neil Young, Counting Crows, En Vogue, Faith No More, Huey Lewis, Chris Isaak, Tower of Power, Tupac, Steve Miller Band, Boz Scaggs, Tom Waits, Hot Tuna, Johnny Lee Hooker, Robert Cray, Joan Baez, Sammy Hagar, Pointer Sisters, Eddie Money, The Dead Kennedys, Rancid, and Journey, just to name a few. On the other hand the bay area also produced MC Hammer and The Jefferson Starship whose "We Built This City" was voted the worst rock song in history. For this we are sorry.
