Commuting every day from Oakland to San Francisco, Frank Chu protests, among other things the 12 galaxies that are blocking his TV royalty checks. While his sign changes frequently his tenacity hasn't, he is a fixture at every public gathering in the city. Shrewd advertisers have started paying Mr. Chu for space on the back of his placards.
